Kings XI Punjab opted to bat first on the Bengaluru pitch. However Virat Kohli was ready to seize the opportunity. Having already scored three impressive hundreds in this tournament he has scored his fourth century.

Virat Kohli alongside Chris Gayle continues his dominancy with masterful batting.. They attacked the KXIP bowlers all over the ground. Chris Gayle was dismissed for 73 run off 32 balls. However, Virat Kohli tried to extend his grip on the tournament with a massive century.

After a rare defeat in the previous match against Mumbai India Virat Kohliwas desperate to give his team a blistering start.

The job was not easy as her opener partner Parthiv Patel left early. However, he looks very focused and controls his hand to give RCB a solid platform overhead. He also had a timely 100 on 58 balls including four sixes and nine fours. His efficient innings helped him score an above-average 213 score.

Virat Kohli played one of his best innings against Pakistan in the first match of the T20 World Cup 2022 on Sunday October 23. With India reduced to 31/4 while chasing 160, Kohli rose to the occasion and played a ‘Player of the Match’ worthy inning.

India were unable to win the match as they were down to 31/4 chasing 160 runs. But Kohli led them to an excellent stand of 113 and Hardik Pandya also scored 40 off 37 balls.
