IND vs SA: Rohit Sharma & Co give up first exercise session in Guwahati, Mohd Siraj joins squad and receives into bowling rhythm at the nets

IND vs SA 2nd T20 – India Practice Guwahati Live: After a solid performance in their first T20 match against South Africa India will be eager to play again in their second T20 match. Rohit Sharma and his team arrived in Guwahati on Thursday. The match will be played at Balzabara Stadium on Sunday. The team will miss Bengalurus Jaspreet Bumrah for further tests due to a back injury. Mohamed Siraj joined the team as a backup for the series and extended bowling.

Several Indian players also posted pictures on social media before traveling to Guwahati. Similar are the photos posted by Yozvendra Chahal and Shreyas Iyer from inside the plane and the airport respectively. The Indian team will have two training sessions before the match. If there is a training day on Friday they train under lights on Saturday.

The visiting team looked bad on the ball. They were reduced to 8 players and 4 out of 16 players. The only good partners were Keshav Maharaj and Wayne Parnell which helped them break 100 points. India has chased after Suryakumar Yadav and KL Rahul for half a century. With this the final series between India and AU ahead of the T20 World Cup goes smoothly on Sunday. They will also explore other systems prior to the ICC event.
